Our Mission – Cutera EU Management Update

First, let me say thank you again for partnering with Cutera as a chosen aesthetic device brand for your practice – your support is crucial to our success and future growth plans in Europe. We hope you and your business had a successful 2022 and are well-set for what promises to be another record-breaking year for our industry in 2023, with the demand for aesthetic treatments set to break all records.

At Cutera EU, we have seen the kick-on effects of this exponential growth in demand for our devices over the past few years as patients become more aware of the different non-surgical treatment options available. The level of development we have experienced in such a short space of time has prompted me to re-focus on how our overall customer service offering can be adapted and tailored to suit our various regions across Europe, taking it ‘to the next level’!

We know that Cutera technology has long been considered as ‘market-leading’, chosen by forward-thinking practitioners who strive to use the best technology for their patients. What has made our European business success in recent years is our continued investment into improving our regional-level support to our customers, including additional Field Technical Service Engineers, Practice Development Managers, Clinical Trainers and even infrastructure, in the form or our new Cutera University Training Academies in the UK and Germany.

In 2023, we will strive to take this even further. This is why we have recently undergone some internal changes within our management team to ensure we optimise our value offering to EU customers and deliver unrivalled customer service at all levels.

Our mission statement for the EU business: “To be the no.1 brand of choice for all European aesthetic professionals who not only value first-to-market technologies, clinical safety and efficacy but long-term partnerships with their supplier for unrivalled regional-level support”.

In other news, many of you will have seen our exciting new acne treatment device, AviClear, launched in North America in Q4 2022. The whole Cutera EU team is incredibly excited to see this technology be introduced in Europe at some stage in future, despite no formal announcements or plans. Still, we will continue to support our corporate team in San Francisco while they focus on a North American roll out of the device.
